privacy policy

last updated: august 26, 2026

broh is a personal AI agent you reach over iMessage. this policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. the short version: we collect what the service needs to work for you, we never sell your data, and deleting your account erases everything.

what we collect

  • account details. your phone number when you verify it during onboarding, and the name and email address you give at checkout.
  • your conversations with broh. the messages you exchange with your agent, and the things it remembers for you (people, preferences, plans) so it can act like it knows you.
  • calls. when your agent makes or receives a phone call, we keep the call's transcript, the number called, its duration, and its cost. calls are transcribed, not audio-recorded.
  • connected apps. if you connect an outside app (like your email or calendar), your agent accesses that account only to do what you ask it to do.
  • service data. billing status, usage volumes, and technical logs we need to keep the service reliable. if you join the waitlist, we keep the email you gave us.

how we use it

to run your agent: answering you, remembering for you, placing the calls and doing the tasks you ask for, and billing for the service. we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

ai processing

your messages and call conversations are processed by the AI infrastructure that powers your agent. we share content with these providers only to generate your agent's responses and actions, and we select configurations that do not use your content to train their models where the provider offers that control.

google user data

broh's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account data is used only to sign you in and, where you explicitly connect Google services, to carry out the tasks you ask for.

who we share with

only service providers who help us operate: cloud hosting and compute, telephony and messaging carriers, AI model providers, the platform that powers app connections, and our payment processor. each receives only what it needs to do its job. we may also disclose information if the law requires it.

retention and deletion

your data lives as long as your account does. deleting your account (from your dashboard, one button) permanently erases your agent, its memory, your conversations, call records, and connected-app links. waitlist emails are deleted on request.

security

every account runs on its own isolated machine. your agent can only ever message you, and access to your data is scoped by per-account credentials. no system is perfectly secure, but isolation is our default posture, not an afterthought.

your rights

you can access, correct, or delete your information at any time: most of it directly in the product, and anything else by emailing us. depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor requests to exercise them.

age

broh is for adults. you must be 18 or older to use the service.

changes

if this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the product or by message before the change takes effect.
